We are excited to officially open our doors for daily food service with a Grand Opening on September 9th. All the hard work has paid off and the menu of tasty eats has been painstakingly built to satisfy the hungry and discerning palettes by our head chef James Landis.

Like many of us here at recordBar, James' passion for developing culinary delicacies was born out of a search for a creative outlet. He found and nurtured it in food while working at Le Fou Frog learning how to use the freshest ingredients and by balancing spices to create unforgettable tastes.

Carnitas Torta
He is most intrigued by the food history and evolution of Mediterranean cuisine and its influences on diets around the world and the broad use of spices and vegetables in so many amazing dishes. His favorite dish at recordBar is our delicious Torta combining perfectly seasoned carnitas, black beans, mayo, jalape√Īo slaw, pepita salsa, and creamy queso.

Our Chef's mission is to deliver recognizable bar food using the freshest ingredients with an uplifted presentation and flavor. His wish is that our customers feel comfortable enough with the menu to try new items and be pleasantly surprised each and every time they do.
