Like many of us here at recordBar, James' passion for developing culinary delicacies was born out of a search for a creative outlet. Our Chef's mission is to deliver recognizable bar food using the freshest ingredients with an uplifted presentation and flavor. His wish is that our customers feel comfortable enough with the menu to try new items and be pleasantly surprised each and every time they do.
